The University Grants Commission (UGC) has named a university which is not awarding PhD degrees in accordance with the commission's regulations. As per the notification issued by the UGC, OPJS University (Private University), Rawatsar Kunjla, Near Sankhu Fort, Rajgarh (Sadulpur), Jhunjunu Road, Churu, Rajasthan -331303 has not followed correct procedures for awarding PhD degrees. The university body has debarred the university from enrolling scholars under its PhD programme. The UGC has also asked the students to not to take admission in these PhD programme offered by this university as it will not be recognised.
